Cancellation & Refund Policy
We reserve time exclusively for each patient. This policy helps us keep appointments available for everyone and is accepted when you book.
Card on file
A valid credit or debit card is required to book studio appointments online. Your card is securely stored by our booking and payment providers and is not charged when you book.
Rescheduling and cancelling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can do this from your Jane booking confirmation, by calling (939) 308-1870 or by emailing drsierra@longevityperform.com.
Late cancellations and no-shows
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend your appointment, a fee of 50% of the price of the service you booked will be charged to the card on file. That time was reserved for you with Dr. Sierra and could not be offered to another patient.
We understand emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion for documented emergencies.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next patient is seen on time, and the full session price applies.
Concierge visits
Concierge visits are scheduled after a phone consultation. Any cancellation terms specific to your visit, such as travel or setup fees, are confirmed with your quote before the visit is booked. Unless your quote states otherwise, the same 24 hours notice and 50% late-cancellation fee apply.
Concierge calls are free. If you cannot take your scheduled call, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to someone else.
Refunds
- Payments for services already provided are not refundable.
- If you were charged in error or believe a fee was applied incorrectly, contact us within 30 days at drsierra@longevityperform.com. We review every request and, if approved, refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer so we can resolve it quickly.
